Tolman Award
The Tolman Award of the American Chemical Society (Southern California Section, SCALACS) has been presented annually since 1960 for outstanding achievement in chemistry. Most of the work should have been performed in Southern California, but the awardee does not have to live there. It is named after Richard Chace Tolman .
