Tom Krailing is a musician from Schaffhausen .

After his time as guitarist, singer and composer for the group The Pride , Krailing worked exclusively under his own name and his companion band The Buffalo Ballet.

history

1984 The Pride is founded . Three albums were released. Clips and appearances on Swiss television and radio DRS . Over 200 live performances.

In 1995 the first solo album “The Buffalo Ballet” is released, which is voted one of the 10 best albums of the 90s by the weekly magazine Facts . The songs “Soft Parade”, “Paint me” and “Laughing with the boys” land on the playlist of DRS 3 , which was still a jammer at the time. A tour with Tom Etter, Fisch and Oliver Maurmann went over 30 stages.

The second album "Electrostreet" was released in 1998 and was recorded again in the living room with Tom Etter and recorded with guests like Züri West . On the tour, Krailing, Etter and Fisch now played with Hendrix and Jean Zuber.

With exactly this line-up, the album of the “Buffalo Ballet”, as the group calls itself from now on, was released in 2002 under the title “Soft Music”. Titles like "Out of the blue", "The good days have gone", "What it's worth" or "Lo Mejor" are regularly played by DRS 1 and DRS 3 to this day . Afterwards live performances u. a. at Expo.02 , steel foundry Schaffhausen (with Los Lobos ), Café Mocca, Mühle Hunziken , El Lokal, Grabenhalle, Rote Fabrik , barracks. TV appearances including live from BOA Bern ( Swiss television ), Next (Swiss television, studio guest). Various live radio appearances at DRS 3 -UF dr Gass.

Since 2010 Tom Krailing has performed regularly again, especially in duo format, together with Gianni Palumbo.
