Tomaž Nose (born April 21, 1982 ) is a former Slovenian cyclist .

Career

Tomaž Nose won a stage at GP Tell in 2003. A year later he won another stage and also secured the overall standings. He also decided a stage of the tour of Slovenia for himself. From September he drove for the Swiss team Phonak as a trainee and got a professional contract from October. Since 2006 he has been driving for the Continental Team Adria Mobil . In June 2007 he won the overall ranking of the Tour of Slovenia .

In 2006, Nose tested positive for testosterone and was banned from the Union Cycliste Internationale for one year because of doping . As a result, he also lost the overall victory in the Tour of Slovenia and the two stage wins.

He ended his career at the end of the 2014 season.
