Toni Huber

Toni Walter Huber (* 1964) is a German CDU local politician , since May 2019 District Administrator of the Rastatt district and former Mayor of Weisenbach .

Life

Toni Huber grew up in Forst in the Karlsruhe district and studied at the Kehl University of Public Administration . Then he became head of the personnel office in Ubstadt-Weiher . From 1991 Huber held the post of head of the office in Forst and in 1993 at the age of 29 he won the mayoral election in the village of Weisenbach in the Rastatt district. Huber had been a member of the district council for the Rastatt district since 1994 and was parliamentary group leader for the Christian Democratic Union of Germany from 2005.

On March 12, 2019, Toni Huber was elected by the district council as district administrator for the Rastatt district. He took over this position on May 1, 2019 from Jürgen Bäuerle , who retired early. On July 30, 2019, Daniel Retsch won the mayoral election in Weisenbach. He will replace Toni Huber in his position.

Huber has been a member of the KVV Supervisory Board since 2005 and a member of the Mittelbaden Clinic since 2009 .
