Jürgen Bäuerle

Jürgen Bäuerle (born April 27, 1954 in Bühlertal ) is a German local politician of the ( CDU ). From 2005 to 2019 he was District Administrator of the district Rastatt .

education and profession

After studying at the University of Applied Sciences for Public Administration in Kehl , he worked for the Badische Gebäudeversicherung Karlsruhe and an auditor at the Baden-Württemberg Court of Auditors .

Political career

From 1992 to 2005 he was mayor of the municipality of Bühlertal . Since July 1, 2005, Bäuerle was the district administrator of the Rastatt district. On May 14, 2013 he was re-elected as district administrator by the district council with 60 of 63 votes cast. Bäuerle took early retirement on April 30, 2019, and his term of office would normally have run until 2021. His successor from May 2019 was Toni Huber .

Other offices

Bäuerle has been chairman of the Black Forest Center / North Nature Park Association since 2014 . Furthermore, he is chairman of the board of directors of the Badischer Gemeinde-Versicherungs-Verband and chairman of the supervisory board of Badische Allgemeine Versicherungs AG .

Private

Jürgen Bäuerle is married and has two sons.
