Toni Rothmund

Toni Rothmund (born October 2, 1877 in Barlt , Schleswig-Holstein , † August 22, 1956 in Karlsruhe ) was a German poet , author and journalist .

She wrote poems, novel biographies and fairy tales.

Life

Antonie Julie Carolina Augusta Rothmund, the pastor's daughter Lüdemann-Ravit, who was born in Barlt in Schleswig-Holstein, had lived in Baden since she was 11 years old. With her parents and later by marrying a Baden tax officer, Toni Rothmund soon settled in all parts of the state due to the change of residence and, as a young poet, quickly showed a knowing bond with the Upper Rhine area. The landscape-related appropriation was expressed in her works.
