Tony André Hansen (born February 23, 1979 in Sandefjord ) is a Norwegian show jumper and musician.

Career

In 2007 Hansen was the first Norwegian to take part in a World Cup final in Las Vegas.

Together with Morten Djupvik , Stein Endresen and Geir Gulliksen , he won the bronze medal at the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing . After a positive doping test of his horse Camiro , the team's medals were revoked and Hansen was banned for four and a half months due to illegal medication.

Private

Tony André Hansen is guitarist and backing vocalist in the band Ovation , in which his brother Raymond plays bass. Other members are singer Stian Sætermo, drummer Boss Næss and guitarist, pianist and background singer Philip Mohn.

Hansen is in a relationship with the Swedish presenter and “Sweden's Sexiest Woman 2004” Jessica Almenäs , with whom he has a son (* 2009).
