Tony Darden
Tony Darden (born September 2, 1957 ) is a former American sprinter who specialized in the 400-meter run .
In 1979 he won the Pan American Games in San Juan in the individual competition and in the 4 x 400 meter relay . At the Athletics World Cup in Montreal he was third over 400 m and won the US 4 x 400 meter relay.
He was also victorious with the US relay at the Athletics World Cup in Rome in 1981 .
In 1981 he became English champion over 400 m.
