Tony Di Bart
Tony Di Bart (actually Antonio Carmine Di Bartolomeo , born August 24, 1964 in Slough , Berkshire , southern England ) is an English pop singer of Italian descent.
biography
The debut single, The Real Thing produced Tony Di Bart together with Andy Blissett. The song appeared as a blue marbled vinyl maxi and as a vinyl single initially only in England, but received no attention. It wasn't until April 1994, after a version newly produced by The Joy Brothers was released, that the pop song entered the English charts and became a number one hit . The Real Thing was then published all over Europe and was also able to place itself in the German charts in June of that year .
The following August single Do It peaked at number 21 in the UK. The interest in Di Bart's music then continued to decline, so that Why Did Ya (1995), Turn Your Love Around (1996) and a remix of The Real Thing (1998) only achieved two-week chart listings in the middle. The 1996 album Falling for You contains the first four chart hits and another four tracks.
Tony Di Bart is a father of three.
