Tony Duvert

Tony Duvert (born July 2, 1945 in Villeneuve-le-Roi , † July 2008 in Thoré-la-Rochette ) was a French writer .

Duvert received the Prix ​​Médicis in 1973 for his novel Paysage de fantaisie (Eng .: fantastic landscape). In 2003, the film adaptation of his novel L'île atlantique (German: Atlantic island) was shown on the bilingual TV channel ARTE . He has written numerous articles and crossword puzzles for Gai Pied magazine .

Tony Duvert was found dead in his home in Thoré-la-Rochette on August 20, 2008, over a month after his passing.
