Tony Hohlfeld

Tony Hohlfeld (* 24. August 1989 in Dresden ) is a German entrepreneur , freelance chef and cookbook - author .

Life

After training at the Maritim Airport Hotel Hannover , Hohlfeld switched to the Hotel Adlon in Berlin . Then he went back to Hanover, where at the age of 23 he became the chef of the starred restaurant Oles Deele . The following year the restaurant received its first star.

As the “youngest star chef in Northern Germany”, Hohlfeld decided to open his own restaurant. One year after the opening of the Jante restaurant , which he runs with sommelier Mona Schrader, the restaurant was awarded a Michelin star in 2016. The second Michelin star was added in 2020.
