Toril Førland (born April 24, 1954 in Oslo ) is a former Norwegian ski racer . She was one of the best slalom runners in the world in the early 1970s.

She got her first World Cup points as a 15-year-old in March 1970. Almost two years later she won gold in giant slalom and silver in slalom at the Junior European Championships in Madonna di Campiglio . Finally, she won the bronze medal at the 1972 Winter Olympics in Sapporo in the combination only counting for the world championship.

In the following two years she placed six times in the top ten at World Cup races. She achieved her best result in January 1973 with fourth place in the Chamonix slalom .

At the 1974 World Championships , she reached two eighth places in slalom and downhill. In the combined ranking, this resulted in 5th place.
