The Torsviktoppen is a 1604 m high mountain in the Heimefrontfjella of the East Antarctic Queen Maud Land . At the northern foothills of the Sivorgfjella it rises south of the Scharffenbergbotnen .
Scientists at the Norwegian Polar Institute named him in 1987 after the Norwegian lawyer Harald Torsvik (1904-1941), a leader of the resistance movement against the German occupation of Norway during World War II , who was executed on November 26, 1941 by the occupiers.
