The Tratenkogel (also Trattekogel or Drahtekogel ) is 1565  m above sea level. A. high mountain in the Rax-Schneeberg group .

It is the highest point between Semmering and Preiner Gscheid and connects them via a ridge hiking trail. Instead of a summit cross, there is a striking signage and a stone circle on the wooded Tratenkogel.
