The Tremuzo ( 531 m ) is a mountain on the Galician Atlantic coast near the Ría de Muros y Noia and the highest point in the Outes district .
Since the Tremuzo is the highest point of the Galician massif on the north side of the river, you have an excellent view of the Serra da Barbanza on the south side of the river from the summit .
The summit can be reached by hike or by mountain bike.
