Trettmann is the self-titled third studio album by the German hip-hop and dancehall musician Trettmann . He then works with the music producer trio KitschKrieg , which produced all the songs. The album was released on September 13, 2019 on the SoulForce Records label.
Cover design
The album cover is in black and white and shows the same motif of Trettmann's head nine times. He is wearing sunglasses and a baseball cap. No lettering was used.
Guest Posts
In addition to Trettmann, other artists are represented on three songs on the album. The rapper Gzuz can be heard on the song You know , while the singer Alli Neumann has a guest appearance at Zeit . The Viennese musician KeKe is also involved in When you need me .

Trettmann entered the German album charts at number two on September 20, 2019 and stayed in the top 100 for 19 weeks. In the German annual charts for 2019, the album was 98th.
On August 2, 2019, the first two singles on the album were released, Intro and Du know . While Intro reached number 76 in the German charts, Du knowt was ranked 15th. The third release Stolpersteine was released on August 23, 2019 and reached position 60. On the day the album was released, the song Time stands was also released, which made it to number ten Charts made it. Music videos are also available for the publication of the intro and time .

Yannik Gölz from laut.de rated Trettmann with three out of a possible five points. In terms of content, it moves “between cautious self-adulation, a bit of nostalgic pounding and separation songs that are sophisticated and uneventful.” The real highlights are the KitschKrieg productions with “brilliant electro, house and dancehall beat overlays that some Place wonderfully in the soundscape and turn songs in unexpected directions. ”Overall, the album cannot keep up with the much-praised predecessor #DIY ,“ because the truly wonderful comeback story of Trettmann 2019 is no longer in focus. ”
Dzermana Schönhaber from MZEE wrote a mixed review of the album.
