The Triassic Nunatak is a small nunatak in the West Antarctic Ellsworthland . It rises 2.5 km southwest of the Jurassic Nunatak on the western foothills of the Yee Nunatakker .
The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named it in 1987 based on the name of the Jurassic Nunatak after the Triassic , an epoch of geological history.
