The Trifthorn is 3728 m above sea level. M. high mountain in the Swiss canton of Valais and is located west of Zermatt . The summit is on the ridge that connects the Zinalrothorn with the Ober Gabelhorn and separates the Mattertal from the Val d'Anniviers . The crest of the wave still lies between Trifthorn and Ober Gabelhorn .
