The Trotina River is a 24.9 km long right tributary of the Elbe in the Czech Republic .

The Trotina rises in the southern slopes of the Zvičinský hřbet near the village of Zdobín in the Giant Mountains foothills . In the further course it flows through the Miletínský úval ( valley of Miletin ), takes in the river Hustířanka at Radčice ( Radschitz ), drains the Velichovská tabule ( Welchower Tafel ) and flows into the Elbe at Lochenice .

The river basin covers an area of ​​116.13 km², the average inflow is 0.71–1 m³ / s, the specified discharge 6.08 l / s / km².
