Trust Chem is a Chinese manufacturer of specialty chemicals such as pigments , dyes , effect pigments and additives .
After it was founded in 1996, the privately owned company has grown steadily and has been China's largest exporter of colorants since 2006. In 2008 a European branch was established in Deventer , Belgium .
Trust Chem has three production sites, all in China. The production capacity for pigments is around 10,000 tons. The largest product group, copper phthalocyanines, accounts for 6,000 tons of this . Azo and other pigments account for a further 3,000 or 1,000 tons . The products are mainly sold as raw materials in the coatings and printing inks industry (around 90 percent of production).
