The Tsiombe District or Tsihombe District is an administrative unit in the Androy region in southern Madagascar . In 2018, according to the census, it had 149,700 inhabitants, of which 70,573 men and 70,127 women. The entire population of the district is classified as rural. Tsiombe administers an area of 2529 square kilometers on which the following parishes are located: Anjapaly , Antaritarika , Betanty , Imongy , Marovato , Nicoly and Tsiombe .
