Tudor Tudan

Tudor Tudan (born September 2, 1942 in Costeşti , North Bukowina , Kingdom of Romania ) is a Romanian artist.

Life

Tudor Tudan graduated from the Timișoara Art School in the Banat in 1963 . He learned painting from Professor Aurel Breilen, art history from Victor Gaga and Deliu Petroiu and aesthetics from Ion Iliescu.

In 1967 Tudan went on study trips to Hungary and Czechoslovakia, 1968 to Ukraine, Russia and Lithuania, 1973 to the GDR , 1980 to Bulgaria and 1990 to the Federal Republic of Germany

Tudor Tudan lives and works in Lugosch .

Tudor Tudan is a Romanian painter who is so far less known in western Europe . His works are not only pictures, but also poems that have not yet been published and are therefore only known to a few people.

In addition to his main works in oil on canvas , he has also proven to be a talented draftsman .
