The Tui Kangri is a mountain in the Assam Himalayas in the autonomous region of Tibet not far from the border with the Indian state of Arunachal Pradesh .
The glaciated mountain has a height of 6883 m . It is located in the main Himalayan ridge - a few meters from the McMahon Line . The Nyegyi Kansang ( 7047 m ) is located 13.92 kilometers further south. The Tui Kangri is located in the headwaters of the Subansiri , an important tributary of the Brahmaputra .
