The Tumbledown Hill (from English tumbledown , decrepit ' ) is a 105 m high hill on the Ingrid Christensen Coast of the East Antarctic Princess Elisabeth country . It rises to the south of the Stornes Peninsula in Prydz Bay on the shores of Lake Jack and Lake Jill .
A field research team from the Australian National Antarctic Research Expeditions , which worked in the area from 1986 to 1987, named him that, imagining it was easy to plunge off the hill into the two lakes.
