Tower in Kreut
The tower in Kreut (also Kreith ) in the South Tyrolean municipality of Terlan was the ancestral seat of the Lords of Gereut in the 13th century. Christian zu Geräut was a long-time judge at the Neuhaus court . In 1315 the residential tower appears as the location of a document ( in Gereut ) in favor of the Marienpfarrkirche Bolzano . The tower was heavily rebuilt around 1580.
