The Tutong ( mal . : Sungai Tutong) is a river in Brunei on the island of Borneo . It rises in the south of Brunei on the border with Malaysia and has a length of 137 kilometers. Its catchment area of 1,300 km² practically includes the Tutong district , which is also named after him. It flows into the South China Sea near the district capital Tutong .
