Tyeler Davison (* 23. September 1992 in Mesa , Arizona ) is an American American football poker players. He plays with the Atlanta Falcons in the National Football League (NFL) on the position of defensive tackle .

college

Davison attended California State University, Fresno and played for their team, the Bulldogs, successfully college football from 2011 to 2014 , not only being able to set 156 tackles , but also get him 13.5 sacks and a touchdown .

NFL

New Orleans Saints

In the 2015 NFL Draft , he was selected in the 5th round as a 154th overall by the New Orleans Saints . He was able to establish himself as a professional straight away and was only used in all 16 games in his rookie season, five times even as a starter . He not only played in the defensive line and preferred as a nose tackle , but was also called up in the special teams .
In the following two seasons he was always on as a starter, with the exception of one game in which he had to pass due to injury.

Atlanta Falcons

In April 2019, Davison moved to the Atlanta Falcons, with whom he signed a one-year contract. In the 2019 season, Davison played in all 16 regular season games, 12 of them as a starter. He had his best season with 55 tackles.

In March 2020, Davison signed a new 3-year deal with the Falcons for $ 12 million.
