Tsocho Boyajiev

Tsocho Bojadschiew (also Tzotcho Boiadjiev , Bulgarian Цочо Бояджиев ; born September 25, 1951 in Trojan , Bulgaria ) is a Bulgarian historian of philosophy .

Boyadschiev attended high school in Lovech and studied from 1970 to 1976 at the University of Sofia . In 1980 he received his doctorate there, and his habilitation in 1990. In 1988 he conducted research at the University of Tübingen on a grant from the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation . He teaches as a professor of the history of ancient and medieval philosophy at Sofia University.

Bojadschiew has been a foreign member of the Academy of Non-Profit Sciences in Erfurt since 2005 .
