USCO Banfora (Union sportive de la Comoé de Banfora) is a sports club from Banfora , a city in the southwest of the West African state of Burkina Faso . In 2001 the club, founded in 1985, won the title in the second division of the country. USCO Banfora is supported by the bus company SOGEBAF. The stadium, which can hold 6,000 spectators, does not have a grass surface; the game is played on a hard court. On March 10, the previous coach Noël Teyan resigned due to continued unsuccessfulness of the then bottom of the table, his assistant Arsène Soulama then took over his office.
