The USK Hof is a football club from Hof bei Salzburg in the Salzburg-Umgebung district , Salzburg . The men's division was founded on January 26th, 1956, the women's football division in 1999. The women's team plays in the 2nd division , the men's in 1st class North, one of the sixth Austrian league levels.
Women's soccer
history
The women's team was founded in 1999, joined what was then the 2nd Middle Division in the 2000/01 season and played in Austria's highest women's league from the 2007/08 season to the 2010/11 season . Before the 2011/12 season, the Hoferinnen decided to found a syndicate with FC Bergheim , which was fixed until the 2012/13 season. In 2013, both clubs ended the syndicate and at USK Hof, the 2nd women's team, which existed before the syndicate, became the combat team, which played in the Salzburg women's league from the 2013/14 season.
