The history of the club's women's soccer team began at USK Hof when many player women started playing soccer. They played in the 1999/2000 season in the Salzburg women's league, although they only finished 4th, but decided to continue playing and start the next season in the 2nd division middle. The women's soccer team was runner-up. In 2007 the championship was won and they qualified for the relegation games, in which they did not make it to the ÖFB women's league. A 3: 2 in the home game and a 1: 2 in the second leg were not enough and the Carinthians rose thanks to the away goals rule. In the following season the championship title was defended and SV Groß-Schweinbarth from Lower Austria was waiting for the relegation. With an overall result of 10: 2 from both games, the Salzburg women rose. In the following three years, USK Hof took 9th place in the top performance class, 4th place in 2010 and 7th place in 2011.

Before the 2011/12 season, USK Hof decided to establish a syndicate with FC Bergheim that only affects the women's football section. In the first year of the syndicate, the class could still be held, but in the following season, with only seven points, relegation to the middle division was certain. In the following three years the championship was successful and the Flachgau women lost the relegation twice, in 2014 against ASK Erlaa with an overall result of 6-0, in 2015 against the Carinthians Soccer Women with 2-2 in the home game and a 0-0 in the second leg. Thanks to the away goals rule, the Carinthians were promoted to the ÖFB Women's Bundesliga. In the third relegation in a row, the promotion to the highest league could be realized. In the away game they defeated the Eastern Austrians 3-2, in the home game they achieved a 0-0. The 2016/17 season ended in seventh place.
