Sarah Zadrazil (born February 19, 1993 in Bad Ischl , Upper Austria ) is an Austrian soccer player who comes from St. Gilgen .

Zadrazil began her career on January 11, 1999 in the G-Jugend of the USC Abersee . In Abersee she went through all youth teams up to the D-youth and on February 22, 2008 she joined the C-youth of the USK Hof near Salzburg .

Professional career

On July 25, 2009, she made her Bundesliga debut in the USK Hof match against LSC Linz and was able to contribute two goals to the win.

On July 14th, after 55 games and four goals for USK Hof, she moved to the newly promoted Bundesliga club FC Bergheim . There she developed into a national player and scored seven goals in 18 league games in the 2011/2012 season . She was also voted into the eleven of the year at the end of the season. In March 2012, she enrolled in physical education at East Tennessee State University and from August 2012 played in their women's football department. In the 2012 game year, she was used in 18 championship games, in which she scored four goals and prepared another ten for her teammates. In 2013, the midfielder's attacking strength was even more pronounced than in the previous season, with eight goals and eleven assists in 16 league appearances . During her time at ETSUBucs, she was able to play a decisive role in the game with her goals and assists. In 2013, Zadrazil scored two goals in a 7-0 win over the Alabama A&M Bulldogs team and was involved in four other goals. Only two weeks later she was involved in a number of hits again in a 7-1 win over the USC Upstate team (once as a goalscorer and four times as a preparer). 2014, it was in a game against the Bulldogs of South Carolina State University once again a main power wearer when she at 6: 1 drubbing gave four assists and scored a goal itself. Since 2010 Zadrazil has been part of the senior national team , for which she made her debut on August 25 in the European Championship qualification against the Turkish women's national soccer team . Before that, she played 16 international matches for the U-19s and five for the U-17 national team of Austria.

In 2017, she and the team finished Group 8 in the second qualifying round for the 2017 European Championship as runner-up behind the Norwegian national team and qualified for a major tournament for the first time. The team reached the semi-finals in the finals of the European Championship . Zadrazil scored a goal in the group game against Iceland.
