Alessandro Florenzi (born March 11, 1991 in Rome , Italy ) is an Italian football player who is currently under contract with AS Roma and on loan to FC Valencia .
Career
society
Alessandro Florenzi started his career at AS Roma and played in all Roma youth teams . In 2010 he was promoted to the professional squad at the age of 19. On May 22, 2011, he played his first Serie A game against Sampdoria Genoa (3-1). Florenzi was on the FC Crotone in Serie B awarded. He played 35 games in the 2011/12 season and scored eleven goals. He returned to the capital for the 2012/13 season and has been an important part of the team ever since.
At the end of January 2020, he was loaned to the Spanish club Valencia CF for the rest of the season .
National team
Alessandro Florenzi has played in Italy's U-21 national team since 2011 and previously in the U-20 team . In June 2013 he won the runner-up title at the European Championships in Israel with the team trained by Devis Mangia , after having been beaten 2: 4 in the final Spain .
He made his senior national team debut on November 14, 2012 under Cesare Prandelli in a friendly against France (1: 2). Here he was substituted on for Riccardo Montolivo in the 50th minute.
At the European Football Championship in France in 2016 , he was included in the Italian squad . In the first game of the European Championship he had not been used after the birth of his first daughter, but he was a regular player in the remaining four games. The team was eliminated in the quarter-finals against Germany.
Florenzi also played regularly in the following games until he tore a cruciate ligament at his club AS Roma. His last nomination so far was in October 2016.
