In the summer of 2009 he was awarded to the second division club FC Cádiz , where he could not prevail and with whom he relegated to the third division at the end of the season.

In summer 2010 he moved to the second team of Villarreal CF , who played in the Segunda División . There he came to 36 missions in his first season and was able to score his first goal in the second division in March 2011. After playing for the first division team in the Cup in December 2011, he made his debut in the Primera División in March 2012 when he was in the starting line-up for the game against Real Zaragoza .
