Karen Fukuhara , also Karren Fukuhara (born February 10, 1992 in Los Angeles ) is a Japanese-American actress who gained international fame mainly for her role as the superhero Katana ( Tatsu Yamashiro ) in Suicide Squad .

Life

Karen Fukuhara was born on February 10, 1992 in the metropolis of Los Angeles in the US state of California; on the California birth register, her mother's family name is given as Kanzaki. She completed her schooling in her hometown and at an advanced age came to UCLA , where she also attended acting classes and appeared in various shows on Japanese television during this time .
