Career
Bazina began his football career in the youth teams of Velez Mostar , Hajduk Split and Hrvatski Dragovoljac , where he was later allowed to play with the professionals. Later the transfer to Dinamo Zagreb followed . In the summer of 2001 he moved with Mario Tokić to the Austrian Bundesliga for the Grazer AK , where he made his competitive debut on July 25, 2001 - in a 3-0 home win against Admira Wacker . Bazina became one of the most important players in the Grazer AK and won the championship title with the club in 2004 and the ÖFB Cup in 2002 and 2004 . At the GAK he scored 33 goals in 131 national games, in European competitions he scored ten goals in 30 games. In autumn 2005 he was elected Footballer of the Year 2005 in Austria.
In January 2006 the attacking midfielder switched to the Austrian record champions SK Rapid Wien , where he played until summer 2008 and was able to win the title in green and white in his last season. For the 08/09 season, Bazina signed a one-year contract with FK Austria Vienna , where he won the cup in Austria. Although he had offers from Kapfenberger SV and Grazer AK , Bazina returned to his native country after only one year with Austria Vienna and signed for the 2009/10 season as sports director with NK Široki Brijeg , where he made his first contact with football as a child would have.
He played an international match for Croatia on August 21, 2002 in a 1-1 draw against Wales .

Bazina's strengths lie in his ball handling and technique. This is how he got his nickname "Magic Mouse".
