The USM El Harrach ( Union Sportive de la Médina d'El Harrach ; Arabic الاتحاد الرياضي لمدينة الحراش, DMG al-Ittiḥād ar-Riyāḍī li-Madīnat al-Ḥarrāš ) is an Algerian football club from El Harrach . He plays his home games in the stadium on November 1, 1954 .

The club was founded in 1934 and plays most of the time in the country's first or second division. The greatest successes were winning the national championship in 1998 and winning the Algerian Cup in 1974 and 1987. In 1985 the final of the Arab Club Champions Cup was also reached. Due to the success, the club was able to qualify several times for the African competitions, with reaching the quarter-finals in 1993 being the greatest success.
