Uber Cup 2016
The 26th edition of the Uber Cup , the world championship for women's teams in badminton , took place together with the Thomas Cup 2016 from May 15 to 22, 2016 in Kunshan . The winner was the team from China, which defeated South Korea 3-1 in the final.
Award of the event
The event was awarded at the BWF meeting on May 28, 2014 in New Delhi. Kunshan prevailed against Jakarta, against which they were defeated in the award of the individual world championships for 2015.
