Uber Cup 1984
The 10th edition of the Uber Cup , the world championship for women's teams in badminton , took place together with the Thomas Cup 1984 in May 1984 . The winner was the team from China , which beat England 5-0 in the final . China started with the line-up of Han Aiping , Li Lingwei , Lin Ying , Wu Dixi , Zhang Ailing , Wu Jianqiu , Xu Rong and Qian Ping .
