Lynda Tolbert-Goode

Lynda Tolbert-Goode (born Tolbert ; born October 3, 1967 in Washington, DC ) is a former American hurdler whose specialty was the 100-meter hurdles .

As third of the US eliminations (Trials) she qualified for the 1992 Olympic Games in Barcelona, ​​where she was fourth. The following year she won bronze at the World Athletics Championships in Stuttgart .

In 1996 she was second in the trials and seventh at the Olympic Games in Atlanta, despite a just recovered illness from Pfeiffer glandular fever .

In 1989 and 1993 she became national champion. In 1995 she won the US title in the 60-meter hurdles in the hall .

Lynda Tolbert-Goode is 1.64 m tall and weighed 53 kg at competition times. She is a graduate of Arizona State University and has been married to Jerald Goode since 1993.
