Ugolini Ridge is a mountain ridge in the Royal Society Range of the Transantarctic Mountains in East Antarctic Victoria Land . It extends from Ugolini Peak in the Colwell massif in a westerly direction.

The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named it in 1994 based on the name of the mountain of the same name. It is named after the Italian pedologist Fiorenzo Caesare Ugolini (* 1929), who studied the soil processes in the region around McMurdo Sound between 1961 and 1962 and from 1962 to 1963 .
