Ugur Takoz

Ugur Takoz (* 1967 in Turkey ) is a German film director and screenwriter . He has lived in Germany since 1971.

Life

Takoz attended the Theodor Storm School in Berlin , but broke off a subsequent training as an electrical engineer at Siemens . When he was twelve, he made his own stop-motion film with his father's video camera. In 1990 he shot several episodes of a comedy show (Eglence Rüzgari), which were broadcast in OK Berlin. In 1994 he started creating his first 3D animations. He also ran a home studio in which the "Cankat" , known at the end of 1990, also produced. After moving to the Berlin Conservatory for Turkish Music , he met the managing directors of Portre TV and created his first animations for television.

After numerous advertising productions, he created the program "Yola Çıkanlar" for Turkish television. It was first broadcast in 1999 and is still part of Turkish television history today. In 2003 he changed part of Jackie Chan's film Around the World in 80 Days (in consultation with the director) . In the original scene Arnold Schwarzenegger was supposed to play an Indian instrument, in the changed scene he plays a Turkish instrument, is part of the Turkish band and gets applause at the end.

In 2009 Ugur Takoz directed “Yola Çıkanlar” again and handed this task over to his successor in order to participate in the production of the comedy film “Manyak Dükkan” . In 2009 he directed the video clip Sen Istedin by Muhabbet . The idea and the storyboard were also developed by him.

Ugur Takoz wrote a total of twelve scripts and worked on numerous scripts. He directed and edited “Maxximum Magazin” and “VIP Magazin” and finished them successfully. He was responsible for the logo for Krömer - Die Internationale Show, directed * the "Backstage recordings" and is responsible for the authoring and artwork of the DVDs since "Na Du Alte Kackbratze" on "Krömer - Die Internationale Show *" (Alle 4 seasons) and "Kröm De La Kröm *" responsible and was awarded the platinum DVD. Ugur Takoz is currently working on “Projects XXX” with well-known film productions.

  1. Takoz 'is missing in the credits, but everything can be proven by self-made DV recordings from the set to the film. The assistant director Ron asked not to publish these recordings.
