Ulfborg is a small town in the Danish municipality of Holstebro , Midtjylland region . On January 1st, 2020 there were 2025 inhabitants in Ulfborg. For the surrounding area, the place offers medical practices, shops for daily needs, a post office and a leisure center ( Vestjydsk Fritidscenter ). Tourists, especially from the nearby holiday home areas Vedersø Klit and Vester Husby , use the offers.

Ulfborg station is on the Esbjerg - Struer railway line . Even before the station was set up in 1875, Ulfborg had a market, for which it had received royal approval in 1840. Even today this market is celebrated every year on the penultimate weekend in August in the form of a large folk festival.

Ulfjkær Kirke , built in 1900, is located in the center of the village .

In 1993, the sculptor HH Voldmester created several stone sculptures that are set up in different places in the area.

To the west of the village is the Tvind School ( Tvind Internationale Skolecenter ), an alternative school form established in the 1970s. One of the largest and oldest wind turbines in Denmark, Tvindkraft , is located on the school grounds and can be viewed during the day.
