Uli Bauer (* 1957 ) is a German actor , musician , singer and cabaret artist .

Life

After his school days, Bauer went to the jazz school in Munich and then hit the stage with the revue cabaret Blackout . Bauer worked as a cabaret artist for the Munich Lach- und Schießgesellschaft , among others .

Bauer became known as a co-author on the Nockherberg and as the actor of Munich's SPD Mayor Christian Ude , whose role he played from 1994 to 2009. In 2009, Bauer announced his withdrawal from the Nockherberg. In 2013, however, he returned to Nockherberg as an actor for Christian Ude and played the outgoing mayor of Munich until his final farewell in 2014.

Uli Bauer has also appeared outside the Nockherberg since 1999 as a Ude double, for example in the cabaret program “Der Doppelte Ude”, in which he can be seen on stage together with the Mayor of Munich, Christian Ude. Even after the end of his term of office, both continue to appear together as a “double Ude”.

In 2015, Bauer became a permanent member of the sketch show Die Komiker on Bavarian television, which was discontinued because of savings in the BR.

Since then he has worked in regional stage productions such as Zirkus Furioso (a musical by the composer Peter Schindler under the direction of Rainer Schütz) and since 2018 in the Himmegugga by Elfriede Ringsgwandl .

He is also the father of a daughter named Hannah, who was next to him on stage in the musical mentioned above.
