Ulrich Craemer (architect)

Ulrich Craemer (* 1919 ; † April 5, 2009 ) was a German architect .

Life

Ulrich Craemer, 26 years old at the end of the war , obtained his doctorate in 1952 after studying at the Technical University of Darmstadt . In 1953 he became diocese architect of the diocese of Trier . In 1965, he went with the establishment of an architectural firm in Trier independently . He played a major role in the urban development of Trier ( Hauptmarkt , Simeonstraße ). He published works on building culture and monument preservation .
