Ulrich Franke

Ulrich Franke (born September 11, 1957 in Dortmund ) is a German lawyer and judge at the Federal Court of Justice (BGH).

After completing his legal training, he joined the higher judicial service of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg in 1987 ; there he worked as a public prosecutor .

From 1991 to 1995 he was a research assistant to the Federal Public Prosecutor at the Federal Court of Justice . This was followed by a three-year secondment to the Federal Constitutional Court (BVerfG).
