Ursula Safari Chabestari

Ursula Safari Chabestari (born May 6, 1949 in Fulda ) is a German lawyer and was a judge at the Federal Court of Justice.

Life

After completing her legal training, she entered the higher justice service in Bavaria in 1976 . From 1979 to 1983 she worked as a public prosecutor in Würzburg . She then moved to the local regional court as a judge , where she was appointed presiding judge in 1997. She chaired a civil chamber , was also the chairman of a chamber for commercial matters and a chamber for building land matters and dealt with matters of court administration.

On January 6, 2005 Ursula Safari Chabestari was appointed judge at the Federal Court of Justice. The presidium of the BGH has assigned judge at the BGH Safari Chabestari to the VII Civil Senate , which is primarily responsible for private building law . On January 1, 2009, she also became a non-permanent member of the service court of the federal government and on was a permanent member of the service court since the end of 2011 in addition to her work in the VII Civil Senate. She has been retired since September 1, 2014.

Safari Chabestari is married and has two grown children.
