Ulrich Welsch

Ulrich Welsch (* 1940 in Neustadt in Holstein ) is a German doctor and biologist.

Life

Ulrich Welsch studied biology and English studies in Munich and Kiel from 1960 to 1966 , and human medicine at the Christian Albrechts University in Kiel from 1974 to 1981 . Welsch is a professor at the anatomical institute of the Ludwig Maximilians University in Munich and was chairman of Chair 2 for microscopic anatomy there from 1984 .

He became known through book publications in the field of biology, together with his colleague Volker Storch . Some titles are among the standard works of biology studies. The same applies to human medicine in the field of histology .
