Ulrik Plesner

Ulrik Plesner (born May 17, 1861 in Vedersø , West Jutland, † November 22, 1933 in Skagen ) was a Danish architect.

Life

The son of the parish priest Johan Frederik Plesner and his wife Marie Lucie Hastrup learned the trade of bricklayer and in 1880 went to the architecture school of the Royal Academy of Fine Arts . He began to work in architecture as early as 1881 and in the course of his life built buildings, including train stations, in Skagen , Copenhagen and Ringkøbing .

His work was shown in 1910 in the Danish exhibition of the Berlin Museum of Decorative Arts .

Plesner died of a heart attack in 1933 and was buried in the Skagen cemetery.
