The União das Freguesias de São Julião e Silva is a Portuguese municipality ( Freguesia ) in the district ( Concelho ) Valença in northwestern Portugal .

history

The municipality was created in the course of the regional reform of September 29, 2013 by merging the former municipalities of São Julião and Silva . São Julião became the seat of the new administration.
